What does an EastMallBuy spreadsheet actually do?

An EastMallBuy spreadsheet is a collection of product references. Some collections use rows and tabs; this website uses category pages and product cards. Both formats help you discover items and compare a shortlist. The format itself does not establish who sells an item, whether it is available, or what the final order will cost.

Here, a product card contains a reference price, a link to a current catalog listing and a recorded QC photo count. It does not place an order. The search box also opens an external catalog. Keep that distinction in mind: browsing, choosing a buying service and paying for an order are separate actions.

Read the entry before following the link

Start by deciding what matters for the item: its cut, dimensions, included pieces or compatibility. Compare two or three candidates on those requirements. A cheaper entry that lacks your size is not a useful alternative.

What a product card tells you
FieldHow to use it
Product nameIdentify the item, then check the exact variant on the live listing.
Reference priceUse it for an initial comparison. Confirm currency, selected option and extra charges before payment.
QC photo countLook for inspection records, then check which item and variant the pictures show.
Product linkOpen the current listing and verify that its details still match the entry.

Our catalog references were recorded on 23 October 2026. A later visit can show a different price or photo count. The date describes the snapshot; it is not a promise of continuous stock monitoring.

Record the exact option you intend to order

A listing can contain several colors, sizes, bundles or versions. Save the selected option in words as well as the URL. If a buying service needs the original seller link, obtain that link from the listing or seller; a discovery-page URL may not contain the seller information needed to order.

For example, your own note might say: “Grey zip sweatshirt, size L, one piece; listed chest width 57 cm and length 69 cm; zipper included in the front photo.” This is an illustrative note, not a product recommendation. It gives you something specific to compare with the order confirmation and later photographs.

Check unclear measurements before choosing a size. The size-chart guide explains how to compare a seller’s measurements with an item you already wear.

Understand the stages after product discovery

EastMallBuy operates as a purchasing and forwarding service. In a purchasing order, the service buys from a third-party seller, receives goods at its warehouse and arranges international shipment after the shipping payment. A forwarding order starts from goods you have already purchased. This independent website does not carry out either process.

Before paying, check the actual service’s order form, selected options and itemized charges. After warehouse arrival, compare your order details with the available inspection records. Resolve missing information before making a shipping decision; our QC photo guide gives a practical review sequence.

The product purchase and the international parcel are different budgeting stages. Ask for the packed parcel’s quote before committing to shipment. The shipping-cost guide explains which figures to compare.

What if the link or price has changed?

If a link stops working, avoid assuming that another listing with the same thumbnail is the same product. Compare the seller, specifications, options and current photos again. A replacement URL needs a fresh check.

When a price changes, first confirm whether you selected a different option or bundle. Record the new amount in your shortlist and revisit the total budget. Keeping a small, accurate shortlist is more useful than collecting many links whose details you no longer remember.
