Know which service you are using

In a purchasing order, an agent buys an item from a third-party seller for you. In a forwarding order, you have already purchased an item and arrange delivery to the agent's warehouse. These paths have different responsibilities and information requirements. A spreadsheet card by itself is neither path.

Keep the seller order, agent order and warehouse reference where you can find them. If support asks about a missing arrival, a screenshot of the product card does not identify the actual purchase. Order references and the seller's dispatch information do.

Published service terms explain that a submitted paid purchase may begin promptly and may not always be cancellable. Review current terms for your exact order before paying, especially when the seller's return conditions are unclear.

At warehouse arrival, compare the facts

When the goods are recorded as received, compare quantity, chosen option and available inspection photographs with your order note. An arrival status proves the warehouse registered an item; it does not by itself establish fit, function or authenticity.

For example, if you ordered a black jacket in size L but the photograph shows a different size label, save the order details and ask for clarification before combining it into a parcel. The QC article helps separate a visible mismatch from an inconclusive image.

Make the shipping decision separately

Once the item questions are settled, choose whether and how to combine it with other goods. The packed parcel's weight, dimensions and route eligibility determine the shipping comparison. Paying for goods does not mean that international postage has already been calculated.

If something is wrong while the item remains at the warehouse, read the warehouse return guide before authorizing shipment. If it is ready to go, the packing guide covers the next set of choices.
